Dr. Jamal revealed Jibril, one of the appointed Shura Council, that the majority of civil forces that were rejecting the Constitution, confirmed their participation in the national dialogue meetings after the announcement of the official result of the referendum on the constitution.
He declined Gabriel in his statement, "The Seventh Day", disclosed that the names of the forces that have agreed to participate in the meeting or forces continued in its refusal, explaining that the first concerns the meeting of the national dialogue which will participate those forces, is to identify substances that hinder them and is willing to modify the constitution, for discussion and discuss ways to compatibility.
Asked why the approval of the appointment of the Shura Council, despite the short time, Gabriel said, "I did not agree to the appointment in the beginning of my desire to run in parliamentary elections but it was to convince me, and I agreed."
